Before opening Keller Williams Elite Realty, Dale Cheema had continually been named among the TOP 100 RE/MAX agents in California. Prior to joining RE/MAX in 1989 he was one of the top agents at First Team Real Estate, a local Orange County company. Dale has been a amember of the RE/MAX 100% CLUB every year since 1989, a charter member of the RE/MAX PLATINUM CLUB and was inducted into the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME in 1995. In 1999 Dale received the LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD. He is currently one of the Top 100 Agents in the UNITED STATES and INTERNATIONAL.
With over 30 years in the Real Estate profession and 20 years serving Orange County, Dale has seen many markets change. A tribute to his professionalism is that his business has increased every year, with over 100 homes sold locally averaging 66 homes a year. There is no one better qualified to represent Orange County.
The needs of his clients are Dale's main focus whether the transaction involves a home or investment property. He is constantly looking for ways to better serve clients. Dale was also one of the first agents in Orange County to have a full time licensed assistant. He notes, "Customer satisfaction is everything. If I don't take care of my clients someone else will." Dale is proud that almost 80% of his business is repeat clients and referrals, with his client base growing every year.
A past PRESIDENT of the local Real Estate Board, a 10-year DIRECTOR FOR THE CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS, Dale has been very active in the profession that he enjoys so much.
Currently Dale is DIRECTOR for the WOODBRIDGE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION. The #1 Homeowner's Association in the United States serving approximately 40,000 residents. Dale is also a PRESIDENT of the MASTER ASSOCIATION for Irvine's newest Village, the award winning OAK CREEK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION.
Dale is a long time resident of Irvine where he currently lives with his three children: two daughters Casha and Kayla and his son Alex.
